Hey there! We're a bunch of remote workers, freelancers, and digital nomads who've fallen in love with Vigo and decided to stick around — at least for a while.
We started this in 2024 because Vigo needed a place where internationals could actually connect. But it quickly grew into something bigger — locals started joining too, and that made everything better. Now we're a mix of people from all over and people from right here, doing hikes, coffee, beach days, and whatever else comes up in the group chat.
Someone posts a hike for Saturday, a few people join, you end up getting beers after. That's basically how it works. The WhatsApp group is where plans happen, questions get answered, and people actually meet.
